What this site collects, why, and how to tell me to stop. Written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who is responsible
Hiroki Sebata, trading as Hiroki Filmuje, is the controller of any personal data this site collects.
- Email — sebasuta@gmail.com
- Phone — +48 516 849 121
- Address — [add your business address]
If you want anything on this page explained, or want your data removed, email me. A real person reads it.
What the site collects
Three things, and nothing else.
When you send an enquiry. The names, email address, wedding date, place, the type of coverage you chose and whatever you wrote in the message box. You type it, you send it, I read it.
If you accept the cookie notice. The Meta Pixel records that someone visited a page, which page it was, and whether an enquiry was completed. It is how I find out whether a Facebook or Instagram advert is worth the money. If you decline, none of it loads — no cookie, no request to Meta at all.
Automatically, by the hosting. GitHub serves this site and keeps short-lived server logs, which include IP addresses. I do not see them and cannot search them.
There is no account to create, no newsletter, no profiling, and nothing is sold to anybody.
Why, and under what rule
- Your enquiry — so I can answer it and work out a price. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- The Meta Pixel — so I can measure advertising. Lawful basis: your consent, GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Nothing happens until you give it.
- Hosting logs — so the site stays up and is not attacked. Lawful basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
Who else is involved
Running a website means other companies touch the data on the way through.
- Web3Forms — carries the enquiry form to my inbox.
- Google — serves the typefaces this site uses, which means your browser asks Google for them and Google sees your IP address.
- GitHub — hosts the site.
- Meta — only if you accepted the cookie notice.
- Google — my email is Gmail, so your enquiry arrives there.
Meta is based in the United States. Accepting the notice means your data may be handled outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
- Enquiries that do not become bookings — up to 24 months, in case you come back.
- Enquiries that become bookings — for as long as the contract and Polish tax law require.
- Your cookie choice — stored in your own browser until you clear it. It never reaches me.
Ask me to delete your enquiry sooner and I will, unless tax law says I have to keep the invoice.
What you can ask for
Under the GDPR you can ask me to:
- show you what I hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or restrict what I do with it
- send it to you in a portable file
- withdraw your consent to the pixel at any time — see below
Email me and I will deal with it within a month. If you think I have handled it badly you can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).
Cookies, and changing your mind
This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies that can appear are Meta's, and only after you accept.
Withdrawing is meant to be as easy as agreeing, so here is the button:
Cleared. The notice will appear again in a moment.
That clears your stored choice and brings the notice back, so you can pick again. Clearing your browser's site data does the same thing.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. I will not quietly start collecting something new.
